The Impulse Evo E-Bike Navigation app represents a significant advancement in e-bike navigation technology. By utilizing Bluetooth connectivity, this app offers enhanced bicycle route planning across Europe, Australia, and the USA. When connected to the Impulse cockpit, users can access navigation instructions displayed directly on the screen, facilitating a streamlined riding experience.

Users can plan their trips using either the round trip feature or the classic planning mode, enabling them to set a starting point and determine a desired destination. Furthermore, users have the capability to record travel data and share their experiences through social media platforms. The app also integrates functional Points of Interest (POIs) related to accommodations, food and drinks, and bicycle services.

 <li>Record Route: This feature allows users to record their journeys and share them on social networks.</li>
 <li>My Routes:
 <ul>
 <li>Recorded Routes: View and label tracks with accompanying altitude data and map views. Users can sync these with the Naviki server and provide descriptions before sharing.</li>
 <li>Memorised Routes: Access and manage routes marked on www.naviki.org or within the app itself.</li>
 </ul>
 </li>
 <li>Apple Health Integration: The app syncs with Apple Health via the Apple Watch app for added functionality.</li>
 <li>Settings:
 <ul>
 <li>Connect to Impulse Evo smart display for navigational input.</li>
 <li>Sync app data with the Naviki server.</li>
 <li>Enable voice instructions and auto reroute features.</li>
 <li>Rate the Impulse App to contribute feedback.</li>

The connection process with the Impulse Evo e-bike display is systematic:

<ol>
 <li>Ensure your smartphone is equipped with Bluetooth Low Energy (BTLE) 4.0 or 4.1.</li>
 <li>Activate the Impulse Evo e-bike system and launch the app.</li>
 <li>Select "Settings" in the app menu and tap "Select E-Bike."</li>
 <li>The app will search for available devices; select your Impulse Evo Cockpit from the list based on its eight-digit serial number located on the display's back.</li>
 <li>Once connected, proceed to calculate your route or configure a round trip as desired.</li>
</ol>

An additional feature includes charging your smartphone via the USB plug of the Impulse Evo cockpit using a USB-OTG micro-cable. It's important to secure your devices properly to avoid any hazards during rides.
